Editor's First Impression on Kim Hyun Joong

If I were to ask you question about Kim Hyun Joong, what do you think would be your answer?

Let's say you are a reporter, and you are one of the lucky (yes, definitely lucky!) person's who would interview no less than our prince Kim Hyun Joong, how would you react? Would you scream to see a handsome person standing in front of you? Or would you stay composed so as not to scare him off? Or would you initiate to introduce yourself and ask for a picture taken with him?

Well, as for me, I really don't now. Because before when he visited Philippines, I already planned on what to do if ever I got the chance to stand in front of him. I told myself I'll greet him using my little knowledge of Korean, I'll try to ask for a picture taken with him, and will tell him 'Saranghaeyo Hyun Joong' since that would be my only chance to tell him how I feel. But guess what? None of that happened. I wasn't able to do any of those three despite the fact that I was able to win the cd and got the chance to shake his hands. Honestly, I was so star-struck at that time, seeing my number 1 love in front of me, looking handsome as ever, and smiling while I approach him.... all of my plans were ruined! keke ^^ The only thing I told him was 'thank you' in English while he was shaking my hands! Duh! When would I learn to compose myself?! With what happened, I certainly believe it's true that even though you have things planned beforehand, once you are already in that situation, your mind will go blank! (Unless you hypnotize yourself to stay focused ^^) 

And so when I read the article about the reporter's impression on meeting Kim Hyun Joong, I couldn't agree more on what she felt since I myself experienced that. ^^ By reading her notes, you would definitely feel how she felt at that moment. Let me share you the notes left by the reporter so that you will have an idea. ^^

Even the heat was blown away! Unveiling behind the interview of refreshing Kim Hyun Joong

Has everyone seen the (Hanryu Pia 10/31 Issue) already (laughs)? On the cover of this issue, currently showing in Korea, the Korean drama version of [Playful Kiss] acted by Kim Hyun Joong! We will introduce behind the scene of the interview with the loving smile prince, Kim Hyun Joong.

The interview was held on 21st August, right before the [Boys Over Flowers]Alumni Event. In the midsummer heat from the staff, the moment Kim Hyun Joong appeared in the hotel room, the perspiration instantly stopped (serious!). Wearing a suit, Kim Hyun Joong looking tall and with a small face, really is beautiful…… . As if a prince pop out from a fairy tale (laughs). Answering the interviewer’s question with ease. He looks different from the past, the time when surrounded by SS501 members or the time together with the cast of [Boys Over Flowers], kind of like matured.

In the interview, he really answered a lot of questions regarding the drama, his future plans etc. He left a deep impression on talking about the work of an actor.
“I thought that instead of saying becoming an actor, it be better to say living as this image, everything of it, isn’t it meant as acting also? For example, I am acting as “the actor Kim Hyun Joong” and everyone is acting as “reporters”. Isn’t it like this? “

During photographing time, as the room was unable to accommodate too many people, all the reporters have to wait at the corridors. After around 10mins, the photographing has ended and Hyun Joong walks out of the room quickly looking over here and before we knew it he greeted politely, “Otsukaresamadeshita! (Good work today)” and rushed heading to the venue of the Alumni event.

Despite busy over the tight schedule, caring about the staff by smiling for a brief moment, the effect was outstanding! Flower boy’s smile really has its power. The dazzling smile made the reporters dizzy~.
