'Rain-calling idol' Kim Hyun Joong in Taiwan

No wonder it's raining heavily in Taiwan. ^^ Because Hyun Joong is already in their territory. ^^  I admire the passion and dedication of the fans, despite the heavy rains they still managed to stay and wait to have a glimpse of our Leader Hyun Joong. I just hope no one gets sick. You don't want him to worry about his fans, right?

Korean star Kim Hyun Joong arrived in Taipei today and held his outdoor fanmeeting, but before the fanmeeting start, there was a huge downpour, causing the fans and all the crew members drenched in the rain at the venue. The fans who were either in the shelter or drenched in the rain refused to leave and no matter what they want to see their idol, Kim Hyun Joong.

The fans, “The rain is too heavy!”

Wearing raincoats, holding on to their umbrellas, heavy dowpour just like splashing of water, pearls of rain falling from the sky continuously without stopping, everyone is almost drenched to their skin but they still refused to leave all because of wanting to see Kim Hyun Joong.

Kim Hyun Joong, “Hello everyone, I am Kim Hyun Joong.”

With his golden hair, mesmerising smile and dashing looks, Kim Hyun Joong appeared, initially the fanmeeting should start at 3pm but due to the heavy downpour it was delayed till 1 hour later. Organiser start to accelerate the process, Kim Hyun Joong changed the hi5 to only a 3sec handshake, so as to let the fans who were drenched to quickly leave the venue.  However, they are willing to be wet in order to see their idol.

Fans, “Even the rain is very heavy, he is still very nice.”

Reporters, “Why do you like him?”

Fans, “Cos his songs are very nice, he is good looking too.”

Outside the venue, there were even fans who were crying while drenched in the rain, eyes without leaving him for 1 sec, doesnt matter that they themselves were dripping wet but cant bear to see their idols get expose to rain.

Reporters, “Kim Hyun Joong is not drenched, no worries.”

Fans, “In the 1st place, he shouldnt be exposed to the rain.”

There were 500 fans in the venue for the handshake event, while there were 300 to 400 fans outside looking, altogether there were almost 1000 fans drenched in the rain, holding on to umbrellas in their little yellow raincoats, no matter how drenched they are, they still willing and wanting to wait till their idol come.  This really let everyone have an insight on how charming of the korean stars idols are.

Jung Min: Your eyes are very beautiful.

Voice-over: Coming to Taiwan, he did not really learnt anything but he learnt 1 thing which is kneeling down to praise fans, but this kneeling stunt is good cos he has captured all the fans’ hearts. The fans followed him everywhere he went, worshipping him like a god. Whenever he went is like a diety parade. (slam10: In taiwan, whenever there is some festival or what, the dieties will be out parading on the streets) Heard that he will be coming back to Taiwan again for filming, if he comes a few more times, he can buy a house there.

Lady @ Studio: Let’s talk about SS501 Park Jung Min. This is his 5th day in Taiwan. The way he runs his activities is like walking show. (slam10: I dont really know how to translate this cos I dont really understand the last phrase as some phrases used by the taiwanese are totally different from what we used.)
Voice-over: SS501 Park Jung Min came to Taiwan to promote his “Not Alone” album and had a fansign session at the XiMenDing Red House Square. On that day, there was a sea of umbrella. Those fans who are unable to squeeze in the crowd at the ground floor are all squeeze at the 2nd level.
Jung Min: Very touched. So my fans, please do not catch a cold, do not slip down.
Voice-over: After the fansign, Park Jung Min and his entourage went to a Thai restaurant for their dinner. A lot of fans were there too. After the dinner, went leaving the restaurant, even though it’s raining, Jung Min still accept all the gifts from fans. Then he went to a book store. During his last trip, Jung Min also came to the same book store.

Lady: *gestures a huge group* Do you know, I met Park Jung Min who is on his way for his meal on coincidence when I was out having my meal too. The restaurant was initially empty, after Jung Min went up to the restaurant at level 2 (slam10: it is a 2 level restaurant), suddenly it was all full house at the 1st level. After Jung Min left the restaurant, it became empty.

Triple S are really dedicated and loyal fans. May it be heat or rain, will definitely wait and do everything just to have a glimpse of our boys. No wonder Mal felt touched seeing his fans. Ever since, our SS501 boys are concerned about their fans. They are the most humble and caring group I have known. They really deserve our love. ^^

South Korea popular boy group ss501′s member Jung Min , held fansign at Xi Meng Ding in the afternoon on 19th, more than 5 hundreds fans waited in the rain to see him, he uses his chinese and said to fans “everyone, please dont fall sick” , making all the fans at the place forgetting about the cold, damp weather, feeling happy and laughing.

Heard that he has prepared a Chinese song, a chinese love song which he will be singing during the fanmeet. Park Jung Min will be opening his mouth to sing a Chinese love song, bet it will electrified all the fans.

When Jung Min and Hyung Jun arrived Taiwan airport, a lot of reporters were there to take pictures and coverage of them. But what shocked me was the way Triple S Taiwan welcomes Mal and Baby! Have you seen their effort? It was really touching to see how they show their support and love not just for the two, but for the whole group. Kudos to you guys!!!
