[Fan Account] Kim Hyun Joong and Beast Concert in Manila

Yesterday was definitely a night to remember! It was the day of Kim Hyun Joong and Beast's concert in Araneta Coliseum. I was so excited to see him one more time since I will be seated at the VIP section (hehehe the price is not a joke ^^)

I arrived at the venue around 5:40pm and guess what? It was raining very hard! But at the sight of the rain, I immediately smiled, not because I am crazy (other people might think that way) but because it was like Kim Hyun Joong called out the rain! Remember, SS501 are called "The idols who calls out the rain". I was so happy and told myself “Yeah, he's here alright" ^^. I saw some of my Triple S friends and also saw the long queue of people waiting to get into the big dome. 

At 6:30pm, I sent a txt message to liezle to claim my normal edition of destination. She replied and we met for the first time. (nice meeting you liezle ^_^) then she handed me over the cd with the poster! Gyaaaahhhh I'm so happy!  

Around 7pm, we were able to get inside. We were wearing our green Triple S t-shirts and our green light sticks! 

The venue was so quiet, so immediately went to look for the audio man to let them play the cd I have with me which is the destination album. The person in charge is still at the meeting so I waited for him with the other staff. While waiting, I chatted with them and they can’t believe that I was able to pay the VIP ticket just because I love Kim Hyun Joong. Well, I told her that is how I love him and I do appreciate the fact that he came all the way from Korea to attend a Charity concert. Suddenly, the boyfriend of the girl I was talking to, which is also a staff of the event, told me that if I want to ask permission, I can go the backstage. My heart starts to beat really fast, but I asked "Is it possible?" Then he said, "Do you have a pass?" Unfortunately, I don’t have any. He told me to wait. The next thing happened was there was this lady who approached me and said “Why? What’s the problem?” I told her “Hi ma’am. I would just like to ask your permission if you will allow me to play this cd while we are waiting for the event to start. This cd is where Kim Hyun Joong is part of and he is the leader of the group.” I wasn’t even finished talking when she interrupted me and said “No! We cannot allow that! We only play songs from the sponsors!” Then she turned her back and faces her staff. “No one would play songs that are not sponsors!” I was surprised with her reaction and just said “Okay, thank you” (Some people are just soooo mean) I went back to my seat feeling disappointed. Around 8pm, I saw some Korean fans who happens to be the member of Kim Hyun Joong Perfect gave us some banners to put up when its already time for leader’s part. They were so nice and we were glad to have finally met them. 

At 9:00pm, the dim lights where on, and we were all excited! Almost every one of us was shouting! Then P-Pop came out first. They sang around 3 or four songs. Next was Beast, the screen was moving upwards as they enter the stage. It was my first time knowing the group and first time to hear their songs. Actually, it wasn’t that bad, especially the song “Shock” (I really don’t know the real title. Mianhe…) They were even throwing flowers to the audience. Very nice and friendly group. 

The next performer was XLR8. A group of Pinoy pop boys. Then the most awaited part… everyone has gone wild shouting and screaming the name “ Kim Hyun Joong!” Suddenly, someone was lifted from the lift and it was him! He was singing “Happiness Is” and I was so excited! I can’t even hold my digicam still since I was also waiving my lightstick and holding a poster of his SS501 Destination album! Wow he was so handsome! No words can express how beautiful he was that night! He was like an angel. After that, interview portion. I wasn’t able to concentrate to the interview since I was only looking at his face and taking the vids of him. Next song he sang was “Komapta” and everyone was singing with him! All the fans were waving their light sticks and it was a touching scene for me. Another interview portion and he wasn’t allowed to leave the stage. (kekekeke) the host asked us to sing “Happy Birthday” to leader. But at the count of three, while the host was leading us to the song “Happy birthday to you…”, the fans instead sang “ Saeng Il Chuka Hamnida, Saeng Il Chuka Hamnida, Saranghe Kim Hyun Joong, Saeng Il Chuka Hamnida” And what shocked me and every one else was he said something in tagalong “Pinasasaya nyo ako…Maraming Salamat po” I was able to record it But just a bit. He was so cute! (Falling in love all over again… haaaayyy♥) Last question that was given to him was what will be his last song. Then, his 4dness strikes again, he was answering the question while walking to his position, leaving the host and the interpreter… hahahaha love that part ^^. 

Next thing we know, the lights were off and it was already time for his “Please be nice to me” song. He really is a great performer! No question about that!!!

 

The last part of the concert was all of the performers sang “Heal the world”. To our surprise, Hyun Joong sang a solo part in that song! And in English! Love it Love it Love it! At the middle of the song, I noticed Leader made a bow gesture to his junior Beast! Waahh Am I the only one who noticed that??! A very respectful man despite how famous he is. At the end of the song, the fans were chanting “Kim Hyun Joong Kim Hyun Joong” he answered our chant saying  “ Philippine see you next time! Bye Bye ” and then he waves goodbye. He was so sweet!!! I definitely love him super!!!

What a great day for all of us! Sorry for the very long fan account. I just wanted to share what exactly happened and what I was feeling that time. I will be forever grateful for this day! I wish he was also happy to have finally met us, his Filipino fans.

Kim Hyun Joong Meet and Greet in the Philippines (what more can I ask for?) [Updated]

Its already 1:27am. I haven't taken a sleep since thursday morning, I should be exhausted by now. But what is this I feel? To help you better understand what is it, let me tell you the reason. Today is the scheduled fanmeet for my ever one and only Kim Hyun Joong! Yes, you read it right, he is here in the Philippines to do a charity concert. He just came last June 17 at 11:25am. And to tell you honestly, I couldn't work well since I was thinking about his arrival. I was so distracted and I really wished to go home already but I cant. After I got home, I did some errands and at 3pm, off to the hotel where he is staying and where the fan meet will be held. We were like stalkers waiting for him to pass by the hall. And when he did, OMG! Just like an angel fallen from the sky. He was so handsome. He even accommodate a little girl who was handing him over some letter. We were saying "Hi leader" but he wasn't able to hear what we said. At that moment, my knees were numb and my hands were shaking. OMO! Just a few steps away from leader! I was composing myself since it was my first personal encounter with him. A few minutes after, the press conference has ended and he passed by us. Once again, me and my triple s sisters said "Hi Leader". This time he looked at us and wave! Wow! a second encounter and he was already smiling with us. I cant help but felt very happy during that incident! I told myself I was lucky enough to see him in person and with just inches away. We were so happy that we decided to play some songs of our boys on the lobby while chatting with each other. After a few minutes, here he comes again going to eat some dinner. We acknowledged him again and he was still smiling with us. After some time, me and my friends decided to go to the room where the meet and greet will be held.

We were there by 6pm but we were able to get in by 7:30pm! (Aishiiii) The staff first informed us that there will be no cameras to be used inside the room and that it would be strictly implemented.(Too bad we weren't able to take some of leader's pics) By the time we reached our table, (and mind you, we were sitting just in front of the stage where he will be interviewed, dinner is ready and is open for buffet. We decided to eat and we were instructed to do it very quickly since he will be in a  tight schedule. No shouting, no saying other words, no cameras. (That's  a lot of no no's) During dinner, the tsph staff informed us that there will be a raffle for 12 cd's that leader has pre-signed already. Most of us were ecstatic,except me. I told my seatmate " You know I never win in raffles. Since young, I wasnt able to win even it is just a candy. Then the first name was drawn.... and it was me!!!!! OMG I was so surprised! I can't believe myself either!. I was standing then sitting and standing again, not knowing what to do. The staff said it will be later during the meet and greet. Before leader entered the room, we were given instructions to sing happy birthday in korean to Kim Hyun Joong. We practiced around 3 times...and then, the door opened.

It was him, and as usual, looking dashing and stunning. we were just clapping our hands as he entered our room. As soon as he reached the stage, he looks for the mic and starts to test it.  He tried it a couple of times, and by the time he heard his voice, the first words he uttered " Kamusta po kayo lahat" (How is everybody doing?) Then, he was trying to say some tagalog words again "na..na... naka... nakaka..." but he wasn't able to understand what his interpreter is trying to say. ( I suppose he wanted to say "nakakatuwa"). The fans helped him instead and told him to say "Mahal kita" instead. ^^ ( In English, I love you. Nice triple S!^^) And he did say "mahal kita" to everyone. We were so happy and just keep clapping! After we have taken our seat, there was some questions that was to be answered by leader. His 4dness starts to strike at this time because when he has taken his seat, he immediately looked for the cd that was placed on the table.

I forgot the order of the questions, mianhe. But what I do remember was he was asked if he has a girlfriend. And he said some people might not believe this but no, he has no girlfriend. (Hmmmm... a lot of triple s there would be very happy with this announcement hehe) Also he was asked if when he will be coming back to the Philippines and when he will bring his other members here and also if he was given a chance to have a filipino drama movie, would he accept it? (This question was asked by the fan whom Leader Kim Hyun Joong picked himself). His answer was he was sorry that during their Asia tour, Philippines was not included that he said in the future concerts, they will be holding a concert here in the Philippines. (Promise leader? we will be anticipating that day ^^) After the question and answer, it was time for the winners to receive the album that leader has previously signed! First 8 name was called and that would be the staff of Tsph. Next name,....was my name. I was shaking and cant even think right. By the time I reached him, he handed me the SS501 Destination album Special Edition. I offered my hand to shake his hand and he was so kind to accept it! His hand was so soft! Sincharu!!!! And then I said "Thank You" and he replied "Thank You" in English! After I got off from the stage, my friends were holding my hand to know the feeling of leader's hand! (kekekeke). After the distribution, the interpreter said "Okay so he doesn't have any idea about this. And at the count of three, we all sang "Saeng Il Chuka Hamnida". He was stunned and was looking to the cake seriously (well actually the figure on the cake was him wearing the mask of zorro during the cf filming of Hotsun chicken and another cake for the whole group as for their 5th year anniversary).

His reaction was so funny. And when he was about to blow the candle, We all counted one two three! Then he blew the candle and said "Thank You" in English again.

And then the staff handed over the gift for him.We instructed him to open the gift. When he was opening it, he was surprised to see that it was a high class of watch for men!

Funny because he said "It seems that you all are very rich" (4dness strikes again! hahahaha) He said thank you and told us that when he returns to korea, he will be wearing the watch! (Whaaaa It was so touching). After that, photo session with him by group! When he was about to take the picture with our group, I was able to see him face to face and for what I saw, he has the most beautiful face. It was like a face of a woman! I also noticed that he was so tall. After picture taking, he left the venue. As soon as the door closed, we all shouted and some were even crying, including me, because we cant believe that this was all happening! I was also very happy since I was able to get an album with his signature on it!!!!! I immediately thank God for being so fortunate! I was so happy that I decided to share my happiness with you. ^^

continuation of my excitement

I just got home and I was still looking for some news about the up coming meet and greet with leader. Unfortunately, no news about that yet. Hopefully it won't be like baby's "postponed fanmeeting"! I'm so nervous, I even can't breathe just thinking about it! Just counting the days and hours left,.... tik... tok... tik... tok...I wish it was friday already!
Anyway, during my search for the news I mentioned earlier, I found some interesting videos and pictures of the boys. Have a taste of the handsome boys! ^^

an exciting news!!!!!

I am actually stunned with what news I just recently received. One of my tsph friends called me when I was sleeping. Actually, I never noticed that someone is trying to call me since my phone is in a silent mode. (kekeke). But for whatever reason, I woke up and decided to look at my phone. When I saw there was incoming call, I immediately answered it and on the other line was my friend telling me something about the hotel if I will be going with them on friday. I told her I might not be able to come since no one would be staying at our house. And the next thing that she told me was....." hey there is a meet and greet on friday, would you like to come?" I told her "hmmm, I guess I'll have to think about it" and then she told me " It's a meet and greet with Leader Kim hyun Joong!". That's when I come to my senses, I was off to my feet and said " WHAT???!!!! OMG I'll definitely attend!!!!" What was I thinking when she told me about that already earlier?! I was so happy and ecstatic and surprised all at the same time! When I got here in the office (yeah you read it right, I'm on the lobby of our office doing this blog kekeke) they called me and they will be paying laready for the fanmeet! I told them if they could pay first and then I'll pay them later! Luckily, there was some cash to use (thanks so much guys!). I was so relieved and cant wait till friday!!!! OMG!!! Will I be able to sleep? Will I? Will I? I am smiling right now because I am so very happy literally!!!! I'll tell you every thing later.. when I got home! kekeke

a day full of ss501

Yesterday, I was with my triple S sisters to pick up some stuff for the concert on saturday. (waaaah so excited!!!) I haven't taken a picture of what I got but to give you a preview, its a tshirt, an eco bag and a light stick. I really liked it! Feels like I am really an official Triple S! Then, after that we met Kate, the owner of Triple S Philippines Blog and some other friends. It was my first time seeing Kate in person and I was thrilled since I was only a part of her chatroom since December last year. It was like seeing a celebrity.(kekeke) We stayed for awhile in a coffee shop and then went home after. By the time I reached my room, I immediately open my pc for updates on the boys. And it seems that they did perform on inkigayo and there was also fancams on a certain event in which they attended. I watched it and noticed that they cried again, an emotional time for the boys. It made me sad to see them crying because I can't bear to see them in that kind of state. Well, to show what I really mean, here are just some of the vids that I watched.

Saeng il Chukha hamnida Kim Hyun Joong ♫

June 6,1986... The date when we received one of the best gifts that we could ever have... our leader Kim Hyun Joong was born. Who would think that someone like him might change our lives? Honestly, I was never hooked with a korean boyband or actor for a long time. My first korean series I have watched was Full House by Rain and Song Hye Kyo.  It was really funny but then it didn't get me to a point where I'll be stalking the stories of their private lives. But last September, when I began to research for Yoon Ji hoo's personality, there I have known the group SS501! And that's when I learned that his real name was Kim Hyun Joong and he was indeed the leader of the group. They say he has a 4D personality, meaning out of this world, but he does indeed have a big heart especially for the fans. He wouldn't show that he is sick or hurting, would continue to perform so that he won't disappoint the fans. I admire him because not all celebrities are like that.  He would stay as professional as he can. And for that reason, I am falling in love with him more and more each day. I really am grateful and thankful for this blessing that has come my way... Happy Birthday Kim Hyun Joong!

Sheesshhhh!!!! It's getting hot in here! My computer crashed for a number of times!!! And it's all because of the full music video of SS501!! Iwas caught in surprise to see Kim Hyun Joong and Kim Kyu Jong doing the rap part! Not to mention the solo dance of leader at the middle part of the video! Cant tak my eyes off him!! And I dont get tired watching the video over and over and over again! How did they come up with such a unique and interesting concept??!! 4 more days and their come back in tv will be officially out!! I really wanted to watch it but unfortunately  I have work that day! Ugghhh!!! Well I guess I'll have to hurry back home kekeke
