[Video + Photo] Heo Young Saeng during Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Event 02.28.14

Yesterday, a dancing and singing Young Saeng was seen at the event in Souel Metropolitan Police. ^^ I can easily recognize Young Saeng from the group of dancers. ^^ If you have been his fan for a very long time, you'll know why. ^^ Too bad, he didnt't dance fot the whole performance, but still I'm grateful to see his moves once again. ^^ A combination of 'The Art of Seduction' and 'Let it Go'? ㅋㅋㅋ 오랜만이에요 허영생~ ^^ Thanks RiCeLyN for the info. ^^
